U18 Thunder HC AAA is an academy program competing in the PHL, based out of Lloydminster. The team offers a full development package that includes helmets, gloves, pant shells, bags, dryland gear, and more. Players train with three gym sessions at WCG Athletics and three on-ice practices each week while attending The Pursuit School in Lloydminster, where academics and athletics are balanced to help players reach the next level.

Thunder HC also has direct involvement from Columbus Mavericks (USPHL) scout Mario Haase, who monitors the team and assists with goaltending development, providing valuable exposure opportunities.
