Thunder HC Signs Affiliation Agreement with the WIJHL
Thunder HC is proud to announce an affiliation agreement with the Western International Junior Hockey League (WIJHL) for the 2026/2027 season.
Information
Thunder HC Prep is an academy program competing in the North American Prep Hockey League (NAPHL), based out of Lloydminster. The team offers a full development package that includes helmets, gloves, pant shells, bags, dryland gear, and more. Players train with four gym sessions at WCG Athletics and four on-ice practices each week while attending The Pursuit School in Lloydminster, where academics and athletics are balanced to help players reach the next level. Thunder HC Prep is also affiliated with the Western International Junior Hockey League (WIJHL), providing players with additional opportunities for development, exposure, and advancement into Junior Hockey.
