Assistant Coach Jobs
Thunder HC is currently looking to add dedicated Assistant Coaches to our staff for the upcoming season. We are seeking a 16U Defense Coach, a 16U Forward Coach, and an 18U Forward Coach to help develop players both on and off the ice. Coaches will work closely with the Head Coach during practices, games, and player development. We are looking for passionate individuals with strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to helping athletes grow in a competitive environment. Previous playing or coaching experience is preferred. Monthly compensation and team travel expenses are covered.
Program Goalie Coach
Thunder HC is currently seeking a Program Goalie Coach to work with both our 16U and 18U goaltenders for the upcoming season. This role involves developing goalies across both age groups, focusing on technical skills, skating, positioning, rebound control, tracking, and overall game performance. The Goalie Coach will support on-ice practices, pre-game warmups, and provide guidance to help athletes build confidence and consistency in competitive play. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, proven goaltending experience, and a passion for player development at the youth competitive level.
Trainer
Thunder HC is currently looking to add a Team Trainer to our staff for the upcoming season. The Trainer will be responsible for supporting both our 16U and 18U teams on the bench during games and assisting with injury assessment, basic first aid, taping, and player safety management. This role is essential in ensuring athletes receive proper care during all team activities and travel events. We are seeking someone who is certified in First Aid (additional sports therapy or athletic training experience is an asset), with strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced competitive environment. Monthly compensation is provided, and all travel expenses are covered.
